This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commodities prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. Quotes must meet technical requirements of the attached Technical Requirement Document (TRD) line-for-line to be considered valid. The award will be made using best value determination criteria. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. In no particular order of significance, the following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: a. Technical capability of the item offered to meet the governments’ requirement; b. Price; c. Past Performance; d. The Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) IAW 252.204-7024. Quotes must be FOB Destination and state the delivery date ARO. See the attached COMBO, TRD and DF BVD. Questions (if applicable) shall be received electronically no later than 11:00 AM CST 18 April 2024. Government will provide responses/answers (if required) by an amendment.
