The Operational Contracting Division, Air Force Test Center, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the installation of a Marine Sunshade. This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA2823-23-Q-A025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332311, with small business size standard of 750 employees. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors will be evaluated on a best value determination basis IAW FAR 13.106-1(a)(2)(i) and the award will be made to the quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation represents the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. In no particular order of significance, the following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes; technical capability of the service offered to meet the government requirement, past performance and price. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Installation of a marine sunshade as defined in attached Performance Work Statement dated 11 January 2023. QUOTE SUBMISSION: Quoters shall provide any necessary literature in order to determine technical acceptability in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
