This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA2823-23-Q-0017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors and Federal Supply Code (FSC) 5975, Electrical Hardware and Supplies, with a small business size standard of $19.0M. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors will be evaluated on a Best Value basis IA W FAR 13.106(1)(a)(2)(i) and the award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation represents the best value to the Government. In no particular order of significance, the following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: i. Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement ii. Price iii. Past performance The government will not accept refurbished/used equipment. There will be no advance payments. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This requirement is for: LAN Drops - Qty 22, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, dated 28 February 2023 (ATTACHMENT 1). Quotation must be submitted per the following line item structure: CLIN 0001 - LAN Drops for Room 283 QUOTE SUBMISSION: Quoters shall provide any necessary literature in order to determine technical acceptability in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Quoters shall provide any necessary documentation to verify past performance. QUOTE MUST BE FOB DESTINATION: Award will be made to the best value quote (including shipping costs). EGLIN AFB COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS: Quotes must meet all the requirements of Eglin AFB Base Communications Squadron. DELIVERY: 30 Days ARO. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 effective 30 December 2022, DFARS effective 31 January 2023, and AFFARS effective 20 December 2022.
