Please see Questions-Answers document attached ** The requirement is to provide, mount, install and program four (4) IP based Point to Zoom (PTZ) and ten (10) fixed cameras to include appropriate mounting components and Video Management Server with applicable licenses in accordance with the Force Protection Division, AFLCMC/HBU Non-Nuclear Configuration Management Database (CMD) Equipment Approval Memorandum, dated 8-NOV-21. Also install three (3) workstations for monitoring of gate PTZs and fixed cameras. All components will need to be able to communicate to the Video Management Server and be viewed on any/all three (3) workstations locations, which monitors the East and West Entry Gates at Eglin AFB. A site visit will be held on 09 August 2022 @9:00 A.M for interested vendors at the respective site on Eglin AFB,FL. If you do not have access to the base please coordinate with Larissa Young at larissa.young.1@us.af.mil to coordinate for base access prior to the visit.
