Maintenance Services: •Perform 2 Preventative maintenance (8hrs/visit) each year ensuring provided item is fully operational •Include Unlimited repair visits for a period of 1 yea •Submit and Deliver Accurate Maintenance and Repair Reports within two business days of maintenance/repair visit. •Service Call Repairs. •Repairs are made in a timely manner; Customer is informed of expected repair time. Response and repair is made within the specified time.
