This is a request for information only and in no way, shape, or form, binds the government to any contract or agreement Requirement: Brand name FT-IR Spectrometer, conforming to the specifications of the Nicolet iS50R FT-IR Spectrometer. Must have a Vectra-Plus Interferometer. Must have all optics aluminum coated. Must have a measurement response from the Ultraviolent (UV) through Far Infrared (FWIR) spectral band. Must have better than or equal to 0.09 cm-1 Spectral Resolution. Must have better than or equal to 0.07%T Ordinate Linearity. Must have better than or equal to 0.01cm-1 Wavenumber Precision. Must have a Spectral Measurement range better than or equal to 350cm-1 to 27,000cm-1. Must have a Scan Velocity better than or equal to 0.158-6.28cm/sec. Must have Rapid Scan performance better than or equal to 65 or 95 spectra per second. Must have Polaris High Stability IR Source with a Spectral Region better than or equal to 9600cm-1 through 20cm-1. Must have Tungsten-Halogen VIS/NIR Source with a Spectral Region better than or equal to 27,000cm-1 through 2000cm-1. Must have internal storage with automatic selection of Beam Splitters. Must have an internal automatic filter wheel and polarizer. Software Development Kit (SDK) must be available for a software application that communicates and controls measurement function required for external measurements. Must have better than or equal to 55,000:1 SNR for a 1 minute scan. Must have better than or equal to 13,000:1 SNR for a 5 second scan. Must be configurable for both internal and external source beam path. Must be configurable for both internal and external emission beam path. Must be configurable to use either internal or external measurement detectors. Must have the appropriate detectors to cover the broad range of spectral measurements. Must be a sealed and desiccated unit providing protection from dust and moisture. Must have the ability to purge the internal optical path. The Spectrometer dimensions must be close to 25”x27”x11” (W x D x H). The Spectrometer weight must be close to 132 lbs. An application PC must be provided and be compatible with the Windows10 operating system. Include performance and checkout data with system when delivered. System and component delivery should be within 90 days ARO. Package and mark system and components in an industry standard way for shipment of such fragile instruments. Select shipper that can and will appropriately handle delicate instrument shipments. Provide on-site service technician as necessary for system unpacking, installation and checkout.
