The 36 EWS/EWM has a requirement to purchase a brand name or equal Signal Analyzers, conforming to the specifications of the Monarch Real-Time Spectrum Analyzers (RTSA) and must meet all of the following requirements: a. Frequency Coverage: Real-time signal analysis system with frequency coverage of up to 26 GHz (Threshold) b. Analysis Bandwith (BW): 500 MHz of analysis BW (Threshold) and 1000 MHz analysis BW (Objective) c. Signal Recording (Threshold): IQ recording and pulse recording and processing d. Modulation Analysis (Threshold): Analog – AM, FM, PM and Digital – FSK, PSK e. Multiple signal processing inputs: Single input (Threshold) and multiple inputs (Objective)
