The Air Force Test Center Operational Contracting Division (AFTC/PZIOA) Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a sole source contract to Laselec Inc., 2605 North Fomm Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75052-8925, Cage: 3ZRR4, to provide Annual Maintenance for tv.•o (2) MR0-200B UV Laser Wire Marking Machines for one (1) base and four ( 4) option years. The anticipated contract will be a Finn Fixed Price (FFP) Collllllercial Purchase Order. CUN 0001: Annual Preventative Maintenance on two (2) MR0-200B UV Laser Wire Marking Machines (MR0- 18015 and MR0-17004), to include one (1) annual preventative maintenance visit, plus one (1) curative, if necessary. POP: 1 JAN 2020 - 31 DEC 2020. CUN 1001: Annual Preventative Maintenance on two (2) MR0-200B UV Laser Wire Marking Machines (MR0- 18015 and MR0-17004), to include one (1) annual preventative maintenance visit, plus one (1) curative, if necessary. POP: 1 JAN 2021 - 31 DEC 2021. CUN 2001: Annual Preventative Maintenance on two (2) MR0-200B UV Laser Wire Marking Machines (MR0- 18015 and MR0-17004), to include one (1) annual preventative maintenance visit, plus one (1) curative, if necessary. POP: 1 JAN 2022 - 31 DEC 2022. CUN 3001: Annual Preventative Maintenance on two (2) MR0-200B UV Laser Wire Marking Machines (MR0-18015 and MR0-17004), to include one (1) annual preventative maintenance visit, plus one (1) curative, if necessary. POP: 1 JAN 2023 - 31 DEC 2023. CUN 4001: Annual Preventative Maintenance on two (2) MR0-200B UV Laser Wire Marking Machines (MR0- 18015 and MR0-17004), to include one (1) annual preventative maintenance visit, plus one (1) curative, if necessary. POP: 1 JAN 2024 - 31 DEC 2024. The statuto1y authority which pennits sole source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-l(b)(l). This authority is supported by an approved Far Pait 13 Single Source Justification. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 333999. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 500 employees. The anticipated awai·d date is 03 Dec 2019. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A detennination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of detennining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by 12:00 pm CST on 03 Dec 2019 will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should suppo1t the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Govenunent. Responses must be in v.•riting and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services.
