This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. DESCRIPTION OF FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) REQUIREMENT: Items must be delivered no later than 6 September 2019, but expedited shipment is encouraged. This requirement is for a Brand Name or Equal product IAW FAR 52.211-6. For a Robotic Arm and Controller to be considered an "equal" product, the Robotic Arm and Controller must meet the salient characteristics/specifications detailed in below table.
