The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for two (2) Infrared Cameras and supporting equipment with the option of buying one (1) or two (2) more Infrared Cameras with supporting equipment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.106, Soliciting Competition, Evaluation of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted for brand name or equal equipment in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.211-6. This is Request for Quotation numbered FA2823-19-Q-0018. The acquisition will be The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333314 with a size standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. DESCRIPTION OF FIRM-FIXED PRICE (FFP) REQUIREMENT: BRAND NAME or EQUAL. Base items must be delivered within 45 days of award. Expedited shipment is encouraged. This requirement contains two option CLINS. If exercised, the options must be exercised within 90 days of the base contract award. Delivery of any option exercised must occur within 45 days of exercised option.
