This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services and/or supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement is FA2823-19-Q-0010. The Operational Contracting office at Eglin, AFB, Florida, requires brand name Novatel Global Positioning System (GPS) Receiver CPT7. This procurement is unrestricted. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: BRAND NAME: Novatel SPAN CPT7 GPS/INS Receiver (Qty 3 each) to include: a. Must provide GNSS and Inertial Navigation. b. Must have Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU). c. Must be capable of satellite signal tracking: i. GPS L1 C/A, L1C, L2C, L2P, L5. ii. GLONASS L1 C/A, L2C/A, L3, L5. iii. BeiDou B1, B2 iv. Galileo El, E5, AltBOC, E5a, E5b v. NavLC (IRNSS) L5. vi. SBAS L1, L5. vii. QZSS L1 C/A, L1C, L2C, L5 viii. L-Band up to 5 channels. d. Must have single point accuracy L1 to 1.5 Meters. e. Must have single point accuracy L1/L2 to 1.2 Meters. f. Must have gyroscope (IMU) performance of: i. Input rate ± 200 deg/s ii. Rate bias stability 3.5 deg/?hr g. Must have accelerometer (IMU) performance of: i. Range ± 30 g ii. Bias stability 0.1 mg iii. Velocity random walk 0.5 m/s/?hr h. Must have communications ports: i. (1) RS-232 up to 460,800 bps ii. (2) RS-232/RS-422 selectable up to 460,800 bps iii. (1) USB 2.0 iv. (1) Ethernet 10/100 Mbps i. Must have connectors: i. Antenna TNC ii. USB device Micro A/B iii. Serial iv. Ethernet RJ45 j.
