This is a sources sought for Market Research purposes only. Subject requirement is anticipated to be a sole-source requirement and directly awarded to Acoustic Technologies, Inc. due to the propriatary system in place. Attached is a copy of the Statement of Objective for installation and preventative maintenace inspection details. In addition, attached is a product listing detailing what is required for the Mass Notificaiton upgrade from REACT 4000 and Windows 10 to REACT 5000 and Windows 11. Upgrade is required to be in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO) Memo, "Removal of Legacy Computers from the Department of the Air Force (DAF)" (08 March 2023), mandating the sunset of Microsoft Windows 10 by January 15, 2025, across all DAF systems.
