The requirement is for a Weapons Storage System at Ft. MacArthur, supporting Los Angeles Air Force Base under a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract, with the contractor providing all necessary personnel, equipment, labor, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items to perform the services.
