The effort involves procuring audio visual integration system consulting and renovation services, including installation of non-proprietary, professional/broadcast-quality equipment such as 4K displays, PTZ cameras, ceiling microphone arrays, and DSPs, with seamless MS Teams/Zoom integration from five courtroom locations. The contract will also require AutoCAD/Visio drawings, complete source code, user training, and five years of full maintenance and warranty support with 24-hour turnaround on issues. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide a turnkey AV-over-IP solution in a courtroom or secure DoD environment, including providing uncompiled source code and compatibility with existing AF JAG software standards.
