This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is FA281624Q0001 and is issued as request for quotation (RFQ) for full and open competition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. This requirement is not set-aside for small business and is for full and open competition under NAICS code 333415. CLIN 0001: Procurement Three (3) Refrigeration Units Need to be 110-120v/60hrz and rest on 4" casters. Require workspace/shelf with removable anti-bacterial cutting board surface on door side of unit. Full length tray slide required for all units on serving line side. Three (3) Service Line Sections: Service Lines: Section one needs to be ~34-36"(h) x ~90"(w) x ~36"(d) with top and under counter refrigeration; Top needs to hold (12) 1/3 size pans with full length lid. Bottom needs 3 to 4 doors with minimum 1 row of shelving inside. Service Lines: Section two & three need to be ~34"(h) x ~48"(w) x ~35"(d) with top and under counter refrigeration; Top needs to hold up to (18) 1/6 size pans, lid to be clear and open upward with front hinge to serve as sneeze-guards when open. Bottom needs 2 doors with minimum 1 row of shelving inside. CLIN 0002: Installation This acquisition is for three (3) refrigeration units and three (3) sections of service lines for LA AFB Club, in accordance with the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). Images of the products to be replaced are also attached. Delivery and installation to be completed at the LA AFB Club on Los Angeles Air Force Base, 483 N Aviation Blvd Bldg. 270, El Segundo, CA 90245. Delivery and installation to be completed within 90 days after receipt of order. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and commercial Services applies. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considred. The following factor shall be used to evaluate offers: Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror whose quote meets the salient characteristics of the products requested and meets the Government requirement. Relative order of importance of the evaluation factors considered: 1. Salient characteristics of the products requested 2. Price Technical and paste performance, when combined, are equally as importance when compared to price. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with the offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The attached Non-Approproated Fund Procurement clauses are also applicable to this acquisition. Offers are due by 22 July 2024, 1500 EDT.
