This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA281623Q0002 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 334290. The small business size standard for NAICS code 334290 is 800 employees. CLIN 0001: Intercom System for CDC A total of eighteen (18) IP displays, four (4) Outdoor IP speakers and twelve (12) panic/call buttons will be installed. Replacement of non-operational intercom system (two-way speakers) that retrofit the pre-existing PA system. The intercom system should be a Wahsega system, or equivalent. Work should be done in accordance with the attached UFC 4/740/14 Design: Child Development Centers guide, Section 15.6. Attached is a building plan with the new intercom positions labeled. Delivery and installation to be completed at the Child Development Center on Los Angeles Air Force Base, 483 N Aviation Blvd Bldg. 281, El Segundo, CA 90245. Delivery and installation to be completed within 45 days after receipt of order.
