Combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW FAR 12.603 For Music Instructor Services (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number FA281620Q0009 is being issued as a “Request for Quote” (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 (iv) THIS ACQUISITION IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611610 with a size standard not to exceed $8M. (v) SMC/PKE located at the Los Angeles AFB intends to award a Firm Fixed Price service contract for Music Instructor Services. Musics Instructor services are for Los Angeles Air Force Base Youth Center at Fort MacArthur, San Pedro, California and will be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work dated 23 July 2020.
