-------------------------------------------Update 2---------------------------------------------------------- The due date for this solicitation has been extended to Thursday, 11 May at 1500 EST. ----... -------------------------------------------Update 2---------------------------------------------------------- The due date for this solicitation has been extended to Thursday, 11 May at 1500 EST. -------------------------------------------Update---------------------------------------------------------- The due date for this solicitation has been extended to Tuesday, 9 May at 1500 EST. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The 316th Medical group has an ongoing requirement for 300 pounds of dry ice to be delivered to Joint Base Andrews weekly as well as delivering 150 pounds of dry ice to Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling weekly. These deliveries shall happen every Monday morning except for scheduled holidays, family days, and base closures. The normal hours of operation for the clinic are 0730-1630 EST Monday-Friday and deliveries must happen during this time frame. The government will provide storage containers on both sites for the dry ice once delivered. Offerors must complete Attachment 1 - MDG Dry Ice Pricing Matrix with unit prices and total prices based upon the quantities required for the base and all option years. All work will be performed in accordance with Attachment 2 - MDG Dry Ice Performance Work Statement. Please email offer to the contract specialist, Alexis Huggins, by the response deadline.
