This RFI is intended to gather information to support building Rehabilitation Units in Mexico. USNORTHCOM is seeking information from industry on their ability to procure equipment and materials, coordinate with both PNs and local vendors, and successfully complete the Rehabilitation Units within construction, supply chain, and time constraints. The company should be capable of bearing the full cost of project requirements and display the capability, breadth, and experience to successfully complete projects from start to finish at multiple locations in a foreign country.
