This is a Request for Proposal for Central Plant Computer System (CPCS) services to be performed at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. The requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The period of performance is from 1 September 2026 through 1 March 2032. An optional but highly encouraged site visit will be held on base in a restricted area, with additional entry requirements for attendees. Offerors must submit a technical description, pricing schedule, and statement of financial responsibility as part of their proposal.
