The requirement is to replace aging, peeling carpet and upgrade it with a new Space Force theme at Building 210, Schriever Space Force Base. Restricted documents may be requested through SAM.gov or the point of contact via DoD Safe. A site visit will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Building 210, and attendees must notify the point of contact by Monday, September 14, 2026, no later than 2:00 PM MT if attending and/or needing site-access assistance. Questions are due Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM MT. The Tier 2 contractor must contact and purchase specified products from one of the seven Tier 1 carpet manufacturers under the USAF Carpet Program and is responsible for delivery and installation.
