Service for Central Plant Computer System (CPCS)
This is a sources sought notice for market research, not an official solicitation, and interested parties should email the POC with their UEI/CAGE code and business size. The Government seeks qualified sources to provide 24/7 comprehensive maintenance, emergency repair, preventative servicing, and software/hardware support for the Central Plant Computer System (CPCS) at Schriever Space Force Base. The CPCS automates a utility plant, monitoring commercial power at 12,470 volts and controlling standby generators, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, and motor control centers. The system uses the Freelance program and includes equipment such as ABB AC900 PLCs, SEL protective relays, and Woodward governor controls. Technicians must be experienced with generator control systems and NETA-certified for CPCS electrical testing.
