This sources sought under NAICS 513210 is for the acquisition of the Oracle Premier Care License Subscription in support of Delta 8/10 SOPS' continued operations of the Integrated Satellite Control System (ISCS) and Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) Satellite Systems. DELTA 8/10 SOPS is responsible for the maintenance of Government owned computer systems, located at the 10th Space Operations Squadron (SOPS), Point Mugu, CA; and Detachment Delta located at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. 10 SOPS provides, operates, and assures satellite communication command and control capabilities, and a globally accessible enterprise information infrastructure in direct support to joint war-fighters, national level leaders, and other mission and coalition partners across the full spectrum of operations. Both of the ISCS and MUOS systems were built utilizing Oracle equipment, which is proprietary to Oracle. If any other products can match the salient characteristics offered by Oracle, with no delay or break in provided capability, please so indicate and include corresponding equipment/software list.
