Project Title: 3 TES SCIF Door Replacement Project Location: Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO 80912 1. 100% Small Business Set-aside, NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard $45.0M. This is a request for proposal under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and awarded a firm-fixed price construction contract. All references to discussions shall not be interpreted under FAR Part 15, but rather indicates that the Government may communicate with offers as allowed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 2. IAW FAR 36.204(b), the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated between $25,000 and $100,000. 3. Contractors shall follow instructions in section L of solicitation. A responsive proposal shall consist of at minimum a Price Proposal, Technical Approach, Material Specifications, and Relevant Past Performance. 4.
