This is a request for proposal under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and awarded a a firm-fixed price construction contract. All references to discussions shall not be interpreted under FAR Part 15, but rather indicates that the Government may communicate with offers as allowed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 2. IAW FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated under Between $25,000 and $100,000. 3. Contractors shall follow instruction in section L of solicitation. A responsive proposal shall consist of at minimum a Price Proposal, Technical Approach, Material Specifications, and Relevant Past Performance. 4.
