Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offer due date, add a site visit, q&a, pictures of work area, and update PWS. Please see updated combo for details. *See Solicitation Combo for details This is a new requirement for a firm fixed-price requirement for the installation of new carpet into rooms 260, 261, and 268 in Building 210 on Schriever SFB. This will be solicited on through the two-tiered program. As a two-tiered mandatory source, Mohawk has been selected as the tier-1 manufacturer for this requirement. The solicitation for a tier-2 contractor will be a 100% small-business set-aside, as required by the terms of the mandatory source. This will be solicited on sam.gov. Tier II Contractors (carpet installers or local dealers w/ installers) to contact the Tier I Contractors for material quotes and orders.
