The 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base is seeking information from small businesses capable of providing explosive detection equipment. 2. This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is not a request for proposal, but a survey to locate potential sources. This Sources Sought does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, or a Request for Quotations, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited, nor is it a guarantee of a forthcoming solicitation or contract. It is for market research purposes only. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. 3. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of industry, to include the Small Business Community: Small Business, Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women- Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of responsible respondents. Small businesses are highly encouraged to participate. 4. Requirement. The equipment must meet the following criteria: IONSCAN 600, Explosives and Narcotics Trace Detector - Highly sensitive trace detector - Lightweight, portable desktop configuration. - Capable of detecting and identifying a wide range of military, commercial, and homemade explosive threats, as well as illegal narcotics including the highly potent synthetic fentanyl opioids - Rapid deployment and detection within 5 minutes or less and detect and identify in less than 8 seconds. - Equipment must include installation, training, and warranty management by the vendor. 5. Submission Instructions. Interested respondents should submit their responses via email to both the Contracting Officer, Linda Cummings at linda.cummings@spaceforce.mil and Contract Specialist, Nodar Dundua at nodar.dundua.1@spaceforce.mil within the posted date. 6. Requested Information: Interested small business vendors are requested to provide the following information: a. Company Information: - Company name, address, and point of contact information. - DUNS number and CAGE code. - Confirmation of small business status (e.g., Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned, WOSB, EDWOSB, etc.). b. Capability Statement: - Description of your company’s capability to meet the requirements listed in the SOW. - Relevant experience providing similar equipment to government or commercial customers. - Ability to meet the delivery requirements. c. GSA Contract Information: - Indicate if your company has an existing GSA contract. - Provide the GSA contract number(s) and the associated SIN(s) that cover the requested products/services. d. Lead Time and Delivery: - Estimated lead time for the delivery and installation of the equipment. - Availability of warranty and support services. 7.
