50th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) has 3 total switches, located near Buildings (Bldg) 410, 700, and 6015 that are not currently transferring automatically from one source to the other source during a loss of power. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, supervision, personal protective equipment (PPE), and all other items or services necessary to perform the work as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall troubleshoot, identify, and restore proper operation to the Eaton ATC-600 switch and the Micro-AT Source Transfer Control switches. The contractor will also place the control back to desire specification or to manufacture setting if no specification is provided. The contractor shall complete all other necessary work to bring the units back up to full functioning condition. Performance will be approximately 90 days after receipt of contract. The specifics for the automatic transfer switches that do not automatically transfer power sources when the base experiences power outages are as follows: 1 - Eaton ATC-600 (near Building (Bldg)-6015), Serial Number not visible, Codes that are on board 2D78580G50/001012 1 - S&C Vista Switch (near Bldg 700), Serial Number 2637-1135-00001, Model CUA-2637-S113-PNT115 1 - S&C Vista Switch (near Bldg 410), Serial Number 09v1076, Model 523 Labor categories, labor rates, and labor hours need to be clearly labeled and included in quotes.
