The 50th Contracting squadron is soliciting a requirement for a brand name or equal Winterstegier Ski grinder and Wintersteiger testing device. specifically, an Inline stone/belt grinding machine for skis, snowboards and cross country skis, and a Ski binding adjustment and testing device with stand and ticket printer. The specifications are as follows: 1: A brand-name or equal Wintersteiger stone and belt grinding combined in one machine, rapid single action switching from stone to belt, 350 mm wide stone, 350 mm wide belt, storage for over 100 grinding programs, power saving operation with supported feed lift, color touch screen, quick access button for preferred programs, ability to apply two different structures at one time, step-less stone feed and dressing speeds, triple wheel feed system to allow for distribution of pressure specific to each equipment, Voltage: 1/N AC 208-220V - 60 Hz, Diamond: 5x0,6x0,6 squared, Contact Wheel: 40 shore - turquoise. 2: A brand-name or equal Wintersteiger footless ski binding adjustment and testing device, tablet display with single page overview, clamping system, data interface, digital documentation of measurement data for legal compliance and paperless data storage, Voltage: 100-240V 50/60 Hz, stand specific to machine, job ticket printer and retainer. Please note in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds, funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
