As a result of the late upload i've extended the proposal due date to this Friday, 26 May 2023 no later than 1700 (5:00 PM) Mountain Time. 18 May 2023 UPDATE: All, I've uploaded a revised version of the PWS (V3). The only change made was the layout photo in the last page (some green shapes are now removed). ---------------------------------------- This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE: Driver's License Hard copy of vehicle registration Proof of car insurance 2nd form of I.D. Know your SSN. ATTENDING THE SITE VISIT IS NOT MANDATORY (ITS OPTIONAL). This requirement will not be bid under the Air Force Tier II Contract. 68 CYS is acquiring 22 electric desks for their squadron. The purpose of acquiring new office desks is to update all of their current office desks, to improve workplace efficiency, and allowing for more Guardians to occupy the room. The contractor shall tear down and properly dispose of the existing furniture, and install the new furniture. The salient characteristics for the 22 electric standing desks are: · 48”x24” desk top size (dark color - wood or laminate) · Electric sit/stand · Cable management · Dual monitor arms/mount · Storage drawers (attached to desk) · Privacy panels · Power distribution unit for safe expansion of outlets Please see the attached Combined Synopsis and PWS for more information on this requirement.
