The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, design and materials to remove and replace signage above north side main entrance of bldg. 300. Contractor should account for additional labor hours used to gain access to Restricted Area (RA). For additional information please see the PWS attached. (PWS 300 Signs v2.pdf) There will be a site visit available on 24 Aug @ 930, we will meet at the visitor center located outside Schriever SFB (1560 Enoch Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80930) @ 930. You will have to get cleared to get on base so please show up at least 30 mins early so you are able to do that. We will then escort you on to base & in to the RA. You need at least 2 forms of identification to get a visitor badge to get in to the RA, please prepare accordingly. RFI's will be due to me by 25 Aug @ 1200. The PWS has been updated, the size of the font required on the sign has been changed. The changes that have been made are highlighted & underlined in the updated PWS. The RFQ closeout date is being pushed from 30 Aug @ 1200 MST to 6 Sep @ 1200 MST, this is to allow RFI's to be answered more in depth & once posted, allow Contractors to evaluate, ask more questions if necessary, & build their quotes accordingly. If you have sent in RFI's ensure you receive a confirmation email of receipt from the POC below, if you have not received one yet please re-send your email. Four new attachments have been added (B300 Signage Site Visit RFI v4, Space Force Logo Guidelines, MoS 300 Sign, & Space Force Symbol) & an updated PWS has also been added (PWS 300 Signs v4). I will be removing the old version of the PWS to avoid any confusion.
