The Government has amended this solicitation for the following reason. The quantity of Line Item 3001 has been changed from "1" to "450" The Government has amended this solicitation for the following reason. The Government has established CLINs 0009, 1004, 2004, 3005,& 4003 Corrective Maintenance Work Order will be priced at $2,000 each. If costs will exceed $2,000 the Customer will make the determination on whether they want to incur the additional costs. In that scenario, the Contractor shall provide the Customer a quote detailing the additional costs before performing the service and the Customer will determine how they want to proceed. The Government has amended this solicitation to include all questions we received by the date questions were due along with the answers to said questions. Additionally, the Government has removed line item 4003- Ansul IND-X-Dry-Inspection 2 times per year- 1 Each from this solicitation. Conduct service and maintenance on all fire extinguishers assigned to Schriever SFB to include 6-year and 12-year maintenance requirements IAW NFPA 10. Conduct semi-annual service and maintenance on five kitchen fire suppression systems to include 12-year hydro testing IAW NFPA 17 and 17A. Request for quote will close on 12 Aug 22, 12:00 pm MST. Contractor personnel shall IAW NFPA 10 (Current edition) 7.1.2. Personnel, 7.1.2.1. "Shall be certified". IAW NFPA 10 - 7.1.2.1.2, certification requires that a person pass a test administered by an organization acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). For SSFB, the AHJ is the Fire Chief IAW NFPA 10- 7.1.2.1.6. Response: The required certifications will apply to whoever will be performing the services, whether that is the prime contractor or subcontractor
