This contract modification action will be supported by a Justification and Approval (J&A) which will be posted separately at a later date. This notice is not a request for quotes. The United States Space Force (USSF), Space Operations Command (SpOC), Space Acquisition Management Directorate (SAM-D) at Peterson-Schriever Garrison, Colorado 80914 intends to solicit and award a firm fixed-price contract modification under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 Competition Requirements and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This contract modification will add Government requirements to the existing firm fixed-price contract with ASRC Federal System Solutions, LLC for the remainder of the base period and all option periods. The contract modification will facilitate contracted services for providing an efficient and integrated management approach for the operation of the Schriever AFB Technical Control Facility (TCF). The Contractor will support TCF operations 24/7 with at least two personnel on duty. The performance work statement revision is included for reference. The TCF requirement is added as Section 12 in the PWS. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 517410 - Satellite Telecommunications and the size standard is $35M. To reiterate, this notice of intent to modify the contract with ASRC Federal System Solutions, LLC for the remainder of the base period and all option periods is not a request for quotes. However, for the purpose of market research, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered and retained by the Government for potential future opportunities to support critical space mission requirements. All capability statements must be received by no later than 4:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time on 16 July, 2021.
