OASIS Small Business and Unrestricted P... THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is to request information from vendors to assess capability to perform the OMINS-3 effort. OASIS Small Business and Unrestricted Pool 3 Prime vendors will be given preference before non-OASIS vendors. This RFI will be used to conduct market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. Responses submitted to this RFI will be used to determine the capability of potential interested offerors to satisfy the Air Force’s requirements, either within the OASIS Small Business and Unrestricted Pool 3 Indefinite Delivery Indefinitely quantity (IDIQ) contract holders or the non-OASIS vendors to determine potential set-asides. Vendors should not construe this RFI as a commitment for any purpose other than to gain the information requested for market research. The Government is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. If a Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) is released using the OASIS Small Business or Unrestricted Pool 3 contracts, it will be released to OASIS Pool 3 contract holders only using the Pool 3 Small Business and Unrestricted email. A request for proposal will be released on FBO if OASIS is not used.
