The Wing Information and Communication Support (WICS-II) Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the services required to operate, maintain, and logistically support 50th Space Wing information and communications systems identified herein. The 50 SW supports multiple programs and resources under the auspices of United States Space Force (USSF). The scope of this PWS includes operations center support and organizational level maintenance for Global Broadcast System (GBS) Operation Center (GBSOC) and the associated Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) equipment; provide operations and organizational level maintenance support for the Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) facility on Schriever AFB; provide Information Assurance (IA) assessments and training; provide database maintenance and management; provide expertise to support the 50 SW Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) and maintain configuration management for 50 SW infrastructure documentation. The contractor shall provide systems management support for 4th Space Operations Squadron (SOPS) Mission Systems, in addition to Milstar/Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF), Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS)/Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS), and Extended Polar System (EPS) satellite systems, Mission Control Segment (MCS), Mission Impact Reporting (MIR), Space Digital Integrated Network (SDIN) and Global Command and Control System (GCCS) and the Worldwide Air Force Satellite Control Network and Command and Control System - Consolidated (CCS-C) and their associated subsystems, databases, software versions, interfaces, and interdependencies in configuration management activities to ensure users receive reliable communications 24/7 supporting 185 satellites. In addition, during the life of the WICS-II contract other agencies may locate to Schriever Air Force Base and may require support under this PWS.
