Kiosk management software must include content for kiosk check in station, status, and report. Software must also include web module capabilities for access to check-in queue from government workstations. Text/SMS capabilities are also a requirement to update customer on wait time. Service support including a help desk during duty hours and on site maintenance. Setup must be complete in full satisfying each office individually. Mining data must be achievable with the desired software to help achieve the overall mission of each office.
