The contractor shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 and acknowledge and/or sign all amendments at the time and place specified in the solicitation for receipt of proposals. All proposals shall be delivered in the method and by the time specified in the SF 1442. Proposals delivered shall be marked to show the offeror's name as well as the address, contact number, solicitation number, and the date and time the proposals are due. 3. Contractors shall be capable of securing bonding for the total proposed amount. 4. Contractors that are debarred or suspended are excluded from receiving contracts. 5. Site Visit. a. A pre-bid/pre-proposal conference will be starting at the Visitor's Center/Schriever AFB on 13 September 2019 at 09:00AM MDT for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. b. Submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed two persons) to Melanie Briggs (melanie.briggs.1@us.af.mil) and SrA Ross Duval (ross.duval@us.af.mil) no later than 02:00 PM MDT, on September 10. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base. c. Bidders/Offerors are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted above, not later than 02:00PM MDT 18 September 2019, with response posted on 23 September 2019. Information provided at this site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. d. A record of the site visit shall be made and furnished to all prospective bidders/offerors.
