This is a combined synopsis-solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA255019QA010, is issued as a Request for Quote, (RFQ) for a commercial items acquisition of systems and modular furniture for the 1st Space Operations Squadron (1 SOPS), as detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02TA, effective May 6, 2019, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525, effective May 25, 2018. This requirement is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) number is 337214, Office Furniture (except wood) Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This is a commercial item procurement using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award a purchase order from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote meets or exceeds the requirements of the solicitation. The following factors will be used to evaluate quotes: technical acceptability, delivery schedule and price. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2019 and should be sent by e-mail.
