The NAICS code is 238990 and the SBA Size Standard is $16.5M. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 the contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at: https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. This is a new construction requirement to build an outdoor addition to be added to bldg. 20 (Event Center). The addition, in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications, will create a free-standing open-air, covered, outdoor space that can be used year round to host entertainment activities in conjunction with official gatherings taking place in the current, main facility. The location of this work will be performed at Schriever AFB, Colorado 80912-5006. The 50th Contracting Squadron intends to award a contract with a 180 day period of performance for this project after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NOTES: 1. The solicitation with the official specifications will be available on the GPE on or about 1 September 2020 posted at https://beta.sam.gov. AutoCAD drawings will be available after award. The tentative date for the receipt of proposals is 15 September 2020. A physical site visit for this project will be scheduled for all potential offerors, the time and date is yet to be determined but will be listed in the official solicitation.
