This service is a SINGLE, ANNUAL VISIT TO THE SITE to perform inspections on the equipment and perform maintenance as necessary. The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform inspection and maintenance of the Fire Department Training Burn Tower.
