This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and offers are now being requested by means of this announcement. The solicitation number for this requirement is FA2550-19-Q-A004, and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
