This FBO posting is regarding a Single Airman Retreat. This retreat is specifically geared towards non-married military members and designed for socialization, revitalization, and education on how they can be actively building all aspects of the CAF. Requirements for a successful singles retreat are lodging, meals, a meeting space to meet for short discussions, and recreational activities available for all participants. Attached you will find the PWS and the solicitation. The PWS contains the details of what is required by the customer. When submitting your quote, please separate out the costs as much as possible to give a breakdown of the final price. This solicitation is seeking a firm fixed price which means that your quote must be precisely what you intend to charge for this service. This requirement does cover ski equipment and lift tickets to so please keep this in mind when creating your quote. The process for selecting the successful offer will be choosing the lowest price technically acceptable. This means that the government will reward the contract to the customer with the lowest price that meets all of the requirements discussed in the PWS. If you would like to win the award, please make sure to cover and address all of the customer's requirements. Attached you will find the Solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS). While all of the provisions and clauses are important, it is especially important that you thoroughly read and understand several of the clauses and provisions. 52.212-1 (Dev) and the addendum to it provide instructions and vital details regarding the solicitation process. 52.212-2 and the addendum to it are essential to understand as well because they clarify precisely how the quote review process will proceed and what is expected in the quote. 52.212-4 gives most of the details regarding the government's rights and your rights were you to be awarded the contract. The following clauses and provisions have information that needs to be filled out and submitted along with your signed SF 1449 (solicitation): 52.212-3 Alt I and 52.22-52. Please read the very first sentence of 52.212-3 Alt I as it will save you time if it is applicable to your company. 52.222-52 is important to complete as it addresses the applicability of a law to this requirement. All questions regarding the requirement should be emailed to Brandon Hobbs and Yvonne Cook. The pertinent questions which add clarification or result in new information will be answered and publically posted on FBO so all interested contractors have access to the response. These questions are due by 12:00 pm MST on 22 February 2019. The quotation(s) for this requirement must be submitted by 2/25/19 at 12:00 pm MST. The quotation(s) must be emailed to Brandon Hobbs and Yvonne Cook. If there are amendments to this FBO posting or one of the documents included in it, there will be a note made at the bottom of this narrative.
