Buckley Space Force Base seeks a contractor to provide and install one new, unused, non-refurbished outdoor multi-sport scoreboard system for the 460th Force Support Squadron, including mounting, foundation engineering, and a minimum 5-year parts-and-labor manufacturer warranty. The scoreboard must be approximately 18’ W x 6’ H x 8” D, use super-bright wide-angle LED digits readable in direct sunlight, display home/guest scores, game clock, and period/quarter, and support secure wireless control at 300 feet or greater. The unit must be weather-resistant and installed with a reinforced concrete foundation, deep footers, and structural steel I-beam framing, with certified engineering drawings approved by the Government before construction. Performance is required within 180 calendar days after receipt of order or contract award, with delivery and installation at the outdoor multipurpose field adjacent to the Buckley SFB Fitness Center, 17890 E. Steamboat Avenue, Building 35, Aurora, CO 80011; contractor personnel must pass a background check for base access. Award is intended as a firm-fixed-price contract on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, and funds are not presently available, so obligation is contingent on availability of funds.
