A contractor is needed to inspect and safely recommission two 120-ton Trane chillers for the 460th Civil Engineering Squadron. This is a one-time service to return the equipment to full operational status, not recurring maintenance. The work includes reprogramming both chillers, updating software, and recalibrating sensors and actuators. The entire inspection and maintenance must be completed and certified under UFC 3-410-01 within 30 days after contract award. The contractor must have the appropriate software, licensing, and diagnostic equipment to perform firmware updates and compressor troubleshooting without voiding warranties.
