PLEASE VIEW ATTACHED SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION FOR COMPLETE DETAILS. Buckley SFB Civil Engineers require the following specifications to be met in a compact utility tractor. - Front scoop bucket attachment. - Must use diesel fuel. - 4-wheel drive. - Closed-cab with climate control ability. - Front mounted blade attachment for snow pushing. - At least 38.7 horsepower. - Power Take Off (31.1 horsepower). - Lifting capacity of at least 2,200lbs (998kg). - Includes Front 3-Point Hitch with A-Frame Adapter. - Includes Dual Selective Control Valve (SCV) System. - Includes Telescoping Front Drive Shaft. - Must be delivered to Buckley SFB using a "lowboy" delivery vehicle, as there is limited access to the delivery area and no off-loading ramp available.
