DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Contractors must provide a detailed document of part information and a completed Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance (HERO) evaluation form at the time of their quote. DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall deliver and install the items listed in paragraph 2 no more than 60 days after receipt of the order.
