The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Mobile Storage System IAW teh Statement Of Ojectives (SOO) DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The government has a requirement for a High-Density Mobile Storage System (HDMSS) with a low-profile modular system with abilities to be reconfigured and expandable for future changes. The system shall have a locking mechanism and shall be Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant. The available space for the unit to be install is 21 feet in length by 9 feet and 6 inches in width, and 9 feet of clearance. DELIVERABLES: The vendor will provide installation of the new system and removal of the existing system. Warranty: The vendor will also provide a limited warranty for repairs of the system. Delivery should be completed within CY24 to ensure continuity of operational capability. Quotes are due by email NLT 2:00 PM MDT, Friday, 13 September 2024. SUBMISSION DETAILS: To be considered responsive, please include description of your services capability in your quote, so that the government can verify that the quote is offering everything listed in the Statement Of Objectives (SOO). You must also include the following: - Must include a quote - Must include confirmation that you are capable and will provide the required deliverables listed in the SOO. A lack of required information may deem you unresponsive and/or technically unacceptable. - Vendors must include the following information in your response: - Company name, address, and point of contact, with email address and phone number - CAGE Code and/or UEI number Provisions and clauses, in their latest editions, will apply to this acquisition. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
