The Contractor shall provide non-personnel services including management, tools, materials, equipment, freight and labor necessary to repair three (3) General Services Administration (GSA) approved containers that are currently inoperable. Contractor maybe required to drill the safe(s) and replace the current locks with new X-10 electronic locks to maintain their GSA certification for securing classified materials.
