Amendment 001 to provide the Questions and Answers Document dated 31 July 2024. Amendment 002 to extend the solicitation response deadline by 1 day. Amendment 003 to include the confined space assessment worksheet. The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) for Confined Space Assessment and Inventory services. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The government requires confined space inventory support for Buckley SFB, to provide hazard assessment and classification of confined spaces. The work would include identifying and evaluating all confined spaces on Buckley SFB along with creating a registry of the confined spaces IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall complete the inspection and assessment of base-wide confined spaces and deliver the “Confined Space Registry” Excel document and “Confined Space Assessment Forms” PDF file to the government not later than 120 days After of Receipt of Contract Award. SUBMISSION DETAILS: To be considered responsive, please include description of your services capability in your quote, so that the government can verify that the quote is offering everything listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
