NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Please review the updated PWS when developing your quote. The Q&A has resulted in changes to the PWS and this will impact how you develop your quote. For example, the government intends to do asbestos/lead testing, but the contractor must account for whether lead is present. Please include this in your quote to ensure you and your pricing are competitive. The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to find potential vendors to provide a service for Nondestructive testing (NDT) on the Cooling Water Piping for Buildings 430, 433, and 435 to determine the extent of the internal degradation that meets the requirements specified of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The government requires Nondestructive testing (NDT) on the Cooling Water Piping for B430 et al. DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall complete performance no more than 30 days after receipt of the order. Service will be performed at Buckley Space Force Base, CO 80011. SITE VISIT: A site visit was conducted on Tuesday, 23 July 2023 at 9:00 AM MDT. Vendors will meet at the Restricted Area gate at Buckley Space Force Base, CO. Interested vendors submitted an email voicing their interest and intent to attend the site visit along with the following items of information Not later than 3:00 PM MDT on Tuesday, 16 July 2024: Name (last, First MI) Date of Birth (DOB) Driver’s License Number and State If you’re driving a vehicle on base, also include the following: Vehicle type, Year, Make, Model Vehicle VIN# Vehicle License Plate # Everyone who attends the site visit will need to bring two forms of ID and at least one ID needs to have a photo. Valid forms of ID are: Valid Drivers License Birth Certificate State-Issued Identification Card Student Identification Card Social Security Card Military Identification Passport or Passport Card Please be aware that a failed background check may impact your ability to access the base and attend the site visit. An email went out to vendors who voiced their interest and offered the required information with EAL confirmation and clear guidance on where to meet. Questions resulting from the site visit will only be answered after being submitted to the Contracting Officer, in writing. Please do not expect questions to be answered during the site visit. We ask that you write them down and email them before the questions due date.
